  8. Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors who wish to distribute the 
  9. WizCat/PRO package should carefully read the 'Vendor Information'
  10. section in WIZCAT.HLP, and must comply with the terms and conditions
  11. as stated in the license agreement regarding distribution of the 
  12. WizCat/PRO package.
  13. The complete license agreement is contained in file WIZCAT.HLP.

  15. The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
  16. regarding the distribution of the shareware evaluation version 
  17. of WizCat/PRO (hereafter, "the SOFTWARE") :

  20. Distribution of the SOFTWARE using any other method (for example: via
  21. rack vending methods, sale in a retail store, sale at a trade show, 
  22. as part of some more inclusive product or service) requires special
  23. written authorization from the author, which may be subject to 
  24. special licensing terms.
  25. No vendor, individual, group, or entity has a license to distribute the
  26. SOFTWARE using any other method without special written authorization 
  27. from the author.

  29. Without special written authorization from the author, no vendor, 
  30. individual, group, or entity is authorized to provide a registration
  31. service for the SOFTWARE or to handle registrations for the SOFTWARE 
  32. on behalf of the author.

  34. Distribution of the SOFTWARE without a license to do so is explicitly
  35. prohibited.
  36. Liquidated damages for unauthorized distribution shall not be less than
  37. $5.00 (in U.S. funds) for each individual copy of the SOFTWARE that is
  38. sold or transferred by the vendor, individual, group, or entity without 
  39. a license to do so.
